I am an experienced therapist with a sincere desire to connect with you and provide an accepting and nurturing space where you will be heard and valued.
My approach to therapy is focused on your needs and goals. If your life or circumstances are getting in the way of you creating goals, accepting yourself, healing from past experiences, or making meaningful connections, we will begin at your starting point and work our way through it together.
I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, holistic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies with adolescents, adults, families, and couples to provide the opportunities for healing, growth and change.
My work focuses on supporting those who experience challenges with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, relationship issues, family systems, child and adolescent issues and self-care.
My office space is handicapped accessible and welcomes all who enter.
I am proud to be LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, diversity affirming and bilingual Spanish.
I accept Cigna, Anthem, BCBS, Husky/CT BHP, Optum, Connecticare and United Health Care
I promise to provide an accepting space in which you and those you bring to your space will be valued. I will meet you where you are and will provide the place for expression, reflection, change, and growth.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use, there is hope for healing and growth. As a Licensed Counselor with over 15 years of experience, I work with individuals, families, and couples navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. I also specialize in treating co-occurring disorders, helping you address both mental health and substance-related struggles.
I believe that every person is unique, and deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. My approach is holistic and client-centered, combining the most effective clinical practices. I am a Certified-DBT and Certified-AMS (Anger Management Specialist) provider. I include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges openly and without fear. We’ll work together to build resilience, improve coping strategies, and support your personal growth.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’m here to support you every step of the way. You don’t have to face it alone — there is always hope, and you have the strength to create lasting change.
